REGULAMIN WIZYT
NA TERENIE ZREKONSTRUOWANYCH SCHRONÓW XVI KOMENDY NARODOWEGO ZJEDNOCZENIA WOJSKOWEGO „ORZEŁ”
1. Zarządcą terenu, na którym znajdują się schrony XVI Komendy Narodowego Zjednoczenia Wojskowego „Orzeł”, zwanym dalej terenem, jest Muzeum Żołnierzy Wyklętych z siedzibą w Ostrołęce przy ul. Traugutta 19.
2. Teren jest monitorowany całodobowo.
3. Z terenu można korzystać wyłącznie w celach edukacyjno — historycznych. Miejsce jest uświęcone krwią polskich Zotnierzy, którzy oddali życie w walce o wolną Ojczyznę w czerwcu 1948 r.
4. Każde wejście na teren powinno zostać uprzednio zgłoszone do Zarządcy tel. na nr 512 959 247 lub mailowo na adres: [email protected].
5. Podczas przebywania na terenie należy zachować szczególną ostrożność.
6. Oglądanie schronów, zwanych dalej obiektami, dozwolone jest z zachowaniem bezpiecznej odległości, jedynie „z góry”, wokół obiektu oraz zgodnie oznakowaniem.
7. Obowiązuje bezwzględny zakaz samodzielnego wchodzenia do schronów XVI Komendy Narodowego Zjednoczenia Wojskowego „Orzeł”. Ze względu — na głębokość stan techniczny obiektów mogą one stanowić zagrożenie dla zdrowia i życia. Zakaz obowiązuje zarówno osoby zwiedzające indywidualnie jak i grupy zorganizowane.
8. Zejście do obiektów możliwe jest wyłącznie w obecności i pod nadzorem pracownika Muzeum, po uzyskaniu zgody Dyrektora Muzeum oraz wcześniejszym zgłoszeniu chęci zwiedzania ( drogą mailową pod adresem: [email protected], lub telefonicznie na nr. 512 959 247).
9. Muzeum Żołnierzy Wyklętych nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za osoby przebywające na terenie w sposób niezgodny z nin. Regulaminem.
10. Na terenie obowiązuje zakaz wnoszenia i spożywania napojów alkoholowych, palenia tytoniu i wyrobów tytoniowych, w tym także papierosów elektronicznych. Zabrania się jedzenia, picia oraz wyrzucania śmieci.
11. Na terenie oraz wokół niego nie wolno rozpalać ognisk, biwakować organizować imprez rozrywkowych.
12. Na terenie dozwolone jest fotografowanie i filmowanie jedynie na własny użytek.
13. Niniejszy regulamin obowiązuje od dnia 01.12.2025 r. do odwołania.
Informujemy, że teren jest wpisany na listę konserwatorską.
Łamanie zasad regulaminu grozi karą administracyjną.
RULES AND REGULATIONS
FOR VISITORS OF THE RECONSTRUCTED SHELTERS OF THE COMMAND OF 16TH DISTRICT OF NATIONAL MILITARY UNION "ORZEŁ"
1. The administrator of the area where the shelters of the 16th District Command of the National Military Union *Orzeł” are located (hereinafter referred to as the facility area) is the Museum of the Cursed Soldiers with its registered office in Ostrołęka at 19 R. Traugutta Street.
2. The facility area is monitored 24 hours a day.
3. The facility area may only be used for educational and historical purposes. This place is consecrated with the blood of Polish Soldiers who gave their lives fighting for a free Homeland in June 1948.
4. Any access to the facility area should be reported to the Administrator by telephone at 512-959-247 [email protected].
5. Caution should be exercised while on the facility area.
6. Viewing the shelters (hereinafter referred to as the facilities) is allowed only from a safe distance, 'from above,” around the facility and in accordance with the signage.
7. It is strictly prohibited to enter the shelters of the 16th District Command of the National Military Union *Orzeł”. Due to the depth and technical condition of the facilities, they may pose a threat to health and life. The ban applies to - . individual visitors as well as organized groups.
8. Entering the facilities is only possible in the presence and under the supervision of a Museum employee, after obtaining the consent of the Museum Director and submitting a prior request to visit (via e-mail to [email protected] or by telephone at 512-959-247).
9. The Museum of the Cursed Soldiers is not responsible for individuals who remain in the facility area in violation of these Regulations.
10. On the area of the facility, it is prohibited to bring in or consume alcohol, to smoke tobacco or tobacco products, including electronic cigarettes. Eating, drinking, and littering are also prohibited in the facility area.
11. No bonfires, camping or entertainment events are allowed in or around the area of the facility.
12. Photography, filming and other documentation for the visitor's own use is permitted within the facility area.
13. These regulations apply from 01.12. 2025 until further notice.
We inform you that the area of the facility is listed as a protected heritage site.
Violation of these regulations is subject to administrative penalties.
